Haunebu II is the term for an imaginary and hypothetical German aircraft from the World War II period, in the shape of a flying saucer, which is not even known if it existed at the initial design stage. Allegedly, the machine was supposed to have an anti-gravity drive and develop speeds in excess of the speed of sound. It would probably also be armed with machine guns and cannons. Perhaps also light unguided missiles. According to some sources, it was planned that the vehicle would be produced at plants in Prague and in the Owl Mountains. It is also difficult to date the entire project unequivocally, because some of the studies indicate that the idea of creating Hauneb II was born just before the outbreak of World War II, others mention 1942 as the date of the beginning of the work. One thing that is certain about the whole project is that it is very unlikely to go into the implementation phase. It has probably remained just one of Wunderwaffe's many fantastic projects.
