If an item is visible on the website, does that mean it's available?

Generally yes, but aside from regularly available items, we also back order items on request. Even if we have an item readily available at our warehouse, whether we send it the same day an order is received depends on many other factors. For this reason, the estimated shipping date is more important than the item's availability status.
On each item page is a chart showing detailed information on order fulfillment.
The chart shows not only the availability of the item, but reservations of that item for other orders, delivery schedules, courier collection times, and more.

We have a developed stock management system that is integrated with our website and the IT systems of some of our suppliers.

For items from our regular offer, we have fulfilled 100% orders on time, and 0% with a single-day delay or less.
For items that are back ordered individually, we have fulfilled 100% orders on time, and 0% with a single-day delay or less.

We have fulfilled 99.96% orders with no availability problems for items from our regular offer, and 96.65% for items back ordered on request.
Only 0.01% orders have been cancelled due to unavailability and lack of alternatives.

Our regular offer is what is readily available at our own warehouse, which currently stores 83272 items, as well as the warehouses of our suppliers
with whom we have an integrated IT system and a fixed (usually daily) delivery schedule. In total, we offer 89377 items.

We back order 38078 items on request.

93.49% of orders are for items from our regular offer, and 6.51% for back-ordered items.

We currently work with 176 suppliers.

Our mission

Our priority has always been to handle orders most efficiently, while also offering the largest selection of goods.
For most of our competitors, efficiency comes at the price of selection, or selection at the price of efficiency - especially with regard to online sales, where price competition is high.
But we've got the experience and the tools to provide both:

  • We have a highly developed IT system that is continually evolving.
  • Unlike most online stores, we do not trade in virtual goods, and are constantly expanding our warehouse.
  • We make sure our staff are motivated, qualified, and satisfied.

To prove it, we've cited a couple of figures.
We have fulfilled 99.96% orders with no availability complications, 100% of which have been sent by or before the estimated shipping date.
Only 0.01% orders have been cancelled due to item unavailability and lack of alternatives.

Our warehouse currently stores 83272 items ready to be shipped, and 38078 items in the warehouses of 176 other suppliers with whom we have an integrated IT system and fixed (usually daily) delivery schedule.
